부경대, 부산 IT·SW기업-지역인재 매칭 취업박람회 개최

-‘SMART & IT JOB FAIR’ … 29개 기업·학생 500명 참가

부산 등 동남권 IT, SW 기업들과 지역 청년 인재를 연결해주는 취업박람회가 열려 눈길을 끈다.

국립부경대학교(총장 장영수)는 6월 30일 오전 동원장보고관 1층에서 ‘2022 PKNU SMART & IT JOB FAIR’를 개최했다.

이번 행사는 IT, SW 등 신산업 확대 추세에 따라 관련 전공 학생에게는 양질의 지역 일자리 정보를 제공하고, 지역 기업에는 산업 현장에 필요한 우수 인재를 선발하는 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 BNK부산은행, BNK시스템, 볼보그룹코리아(주), 현대중공업, ㈜오토닉스, ㈜화승코퍼레이션 등 부산과 동남권에 소재한 IT, SW 관련 29개 기업이 참여해 각 부스에서 기업소개와 채용상담을 진행했다.

부경대에서는 IT, SW 분야 전공의 학생, 졸업생을 비롯해 융합SW인재양성과정과 같은 IT, SW 관련 프로그램 이수자 등 500여 명이 참가해 구직활동을 펼쳤다.

이번 취업박람회에서는 기업 IT 직무교육 선도기업 ㈜멀티캠퍼스의 디지털신기술 취업연계과정 수강생 대상 취업 특강과 취업상담 및 멘토링 등 행사도 진행됐다.

부경대 류지열 링크3.0사업단장은 “이번 취업박람회를 계기로 신산업 분야 취업을 준비하는 학생은 실제로 인재를 필요로 하는 기업에 대한 정보를 얻고, 기업은 실무역량을 갖춘 우수 지역인재를 직접 대면하는 기회가 확대되기를 기대한다.”라고 말했다.

한편 부경대는 링크3.0사업단, 학생역량개발과, 동남권역R-WeSET사업단, 지능형로봇혁신공유대학사업단이 이번 행사를 주관하고, 부산벤처기업협회, 부산경영자총협회, IT여성기업인협회, 부산로봇산업협회 등과 협력해 이번 행사를 마련했다. <부경투데이>

PKNU held a matching job fair for Busan IT & SW companies and local talent

- 'Smart & IT Job Fair' … 29 companies and 500 students attended

A job fair that connects IT and SW companies in the Southeast area such as Busan with local young talents is held and attracts the public attention.

Pukyong National University held the 'PKNU Smart & IT Job Fair 2022’ on the first floor of Dongwon Jang Bogo hall on the morning of June 30th.

As new industries such as IT and SW are expanding, this event is designed to provide high-quality local job information to students majoring in related fields and to provide local businesses with an opportunity to select outstanding talents needed for industrial sites.

29 IT and SW-related companies located in Busan and the southeast in Korea, such as BNK Busan bank, BNK system, Volvo group Korea, Hyundai heavy industries, Autonics, and Hwaseung corporation, participated and conducted company introductions and recruitment consultations at each booth on the day.

About 500 people from Pukyong National University, including students and graduates of IT and SW majors, and those who completed IT and SW-related programs such as the convergence SW talent nurturing course, participated in job search activities.

In this job fair, events such as special lectures on employment, employment counseling and mentoring were held for students who took the digital new technology employment-related course of Multicampus, a leading company in corporate IT job training.

Ryu Ji-Yeol, director of the LINC 3.0 project team at Pukyong National University, said, "Taking this job fair as an opportunity, I hope that students who are preparing for a job in a new industry will get information about companies that actually need talent, and that companies will have more opportunities to meet excellent local talents who are experienced in business."
