국립부경대, ‘글로컬대학’ 교수·학생·직원 소통 적극 확대

- ‘글로컬소통협의회’ 구성 합의 … 설명회 및 설문조사 잇달아 진행

국립부경대학교(총장 장영수)가 글로컬대학30 사업 추진과 관련해 교수, 학생, 직원들이 참여하는 ‘글로컬소통협의회’를 구성해 운영한다고 3월 27일 밝혔다.

국립부경대는 26일 교수회와 총학생회, 노동조합 등 학교 구성원별 대표단체들과의 공식적인 소통 창구인 ‘글로컬소통협의회’ 구성에 합의했다.

장영수 총장은 이날 구성원들에게 보낸 서한문을 통해 “사업 추진 과정을 여러분과 더욱 공유하고, 소중한 의견을 들으면 함께 나아가겠다.”라면서, “글로컬소통협의회를 통해 다양한 의견과 말씀을 경청하고, 구성원 여러분의 의견을 반영하여 결정하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.

‘글로컬소통협의회’는 교수, 학생, 직원 단체별로 같은 수의 인원이 참여해 구성됐다. 글로컬대학30 사업 주요 추진사항에 대한 구성원별 의견수렴 및 논의 등 역할을 수행하며, 27일부터 글로컬사업 본지정 평가계획을 제출할 때까지 운영될 예정이다.

국립부경대는 글로컬대학30 사업 추진 설명회도 잇달아 연다. 전 구성원을 대상으로 다음 주 세 차례에 걸쳐 설명회를 열고, 질의응답 및 의견수렴 등을 진행한다. 설명회를 모두 마친 뒤에는 ‘글로컬소통협의회’와 협의 후 대학 전 구성원을 대상으로 사업 추진에 대한 설문조사도 진행할 계획이다.

이와 함께 국립부경대는 학생들이 글로컬대학30 사업 추진에 대해 더욱 자유롭게 의견을 낼 수 있도록 도서관(청운관) 앞에 메모, 쪽지 등을 남길 수 있는 별도의 공간도 마련하기로 했다. <부경투데이>

On March 27th, Pukyong National University (President Jang Young-Soo) announced the establishment and operation of a 'glocal communication council' involving professors, students, and staff members, as part of its initiative to drive the 'glocal university 30' project.

Pukyong University agreed to establish a formal communication channel called the 'glocal communication council' with representatives from various university constituencies such as the faculty association, student council, and labor union on the 26th, serving as the official platform for communication and dialogue.

On that day, President Jang Young-Soo conveyed his intentions to the members through a written letter, stating, "I am committed to sharing the progress of the project with you all and moving forward together by listening to your valuable opinions." He added, "Through the glocal communication council, I will attentively listen to various opinions and statements and make decisions reflecting the views of the members."

The 'glocal communication council' has been established with an equal number of representatives from professors, students, and staff organizations. It will play a role in collecting and discussing the opinions of members on key initiatives of the 'glocal university 30' project. The council is scheduled to operate until the submission of the 'glocal project assessment plan' on the 27th.

Pukyong National University is also holding a series of briefing sessions on the promotion of the 'glocal university 30' project. The university will hold three briefing sessions for all members next week to answer questions and collect opinions. After completing the briefing session, Pukyong National University plans to consult with the 'glocal communication council' and conduct a survey on project implementation for all university members.
